Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Notice

  5. A statement by you under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. Your electronic or physical signature.
If you give notice of copyright infringement by e-mail, an agent may begin investigating the alleged copyright infringement; however, we must receive your signed statement by mail or as an attachment to your e-mail before we are required to take any action. Carvel Frasier Group of Douglas Elliman may request additional information before removing any allegedly infringing material. In the event Carvel Frasier Group of Douglas Elliman removes the allegedly infringing materials, Carvel Frasier Group of Douglas Elliman will immediately notify the person responsible for posting such materials that Carvel Frasier Group of Douglas Elliman removed or disabled access to the materials. Carvel Frasier Group of Douglas Elliman may also provide the responsible person with your email address so that the person may respond to your allegations.
